About The Position
This position will be working in a local production/commercial kitchen. The Nutrition Group is a full-service food and facilities management company founded in 1975. Their family of support services includes K-12 Meal Services, Commissary, Custodial and Maintenance Management, Business and Industry, and Consulting. Currently, they operate in Florida, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, South Carolina and Virginia.
Requirements

- Ability to do basic math and read recipes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Background check required

Responsibilities
- Cooking and food preparation
- Portioning and packaging meals
- Sanitation in conjunction with USDA and state guidelines.
- HAACP and health department regulation compliance
- Assisting to monitor costs and inventory controls.
