About The Position

We are seeking a dependable, friendly Food Service Worker to join our dining services team. This position is primarily responsible for providing excellent dining room service during lunch and dinner, while also assisting with cleaning, utility, and general food service duties. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing friendly service and a clean, welcoming dining experience.

Requirements

• Friendly, dependable, and service-oriented
• Comfortable interacting with residents and guests
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine lifting, bending, and cleaning duties
• Must be available for the typical 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM schedule, including weekends and holidays as scheduled

Nice To Haves

• Previous restaurant, dining, hospitality, or food service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive dining room service to residents and guests
• Set up and prepare the dining room for lunch and dinner service
• Serve meals, clear tables, and reset dining areas
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment
• Assist with dishwashing, utility, and kitchen cleaning as needed
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection-control standards
• Assist with occasional opening shifts and other department needs
• Work cooperatively with culinary and dining team members to provide an excellent dining experience
