• Willingness to work full-time from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM with rotating days and weekends
• Previous food service worker experience
• Food service experience in an assisted living facility, nursing home, hospital, restaurant, or other food service operation
• Work experience interacting with patients, residents, or customers while serving food/cleaning in patient/resident rooms or a dining room setting
• Work experience with food safety and sanitation in a dietary department

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion food items, beverages, and snacks while following established instructions
• Set up carts, read diet codes, and assemble trays to match individual dietary needs
• Transport and deliver resident trays and maintain accuracy of special orders
• Clean dishes, equipment, furniture, and food service areas to maintain safe conditions
• Follow all safety rules, use protective equipment, and report hazards or injuries
• Document inventory use, temperatures, and meal counts as required
