Responsibilities
- Prepare and plate food items using proper portions
- Set up serving carts and place food items on trays
- Read color codes and interpret menu tickets for special diets
- Clean kitchens, dining rooms, equipment, floors, and walls
- Operate dish machine and return clean items to storage
- Document inventory use and temperatures for food and equipment
