Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items, beverages, and nourishment supplies
• Set up serving carts, place food items on trays, and deliver meals to residents
• Read and follow diet codes, menu tickets, and special meal requirements
• Clean dishes, equipment, tables, and food preparation areas
• Follow safety rules, maintain proper protective equipment, and report hazards
• Document temperatures, inventory use, meal counts, and other required information
