About The Position

The Food Service Utility maintains kitchen work areas and keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly. The role supports food service operations by cleaning and sanitizing work areas, handling supplies and equipment, and assisting with setup and deliveries. This is a part-time position at an educational facility in Sheridan, Wyoming. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.; additional details are provided during the interview. Prior food service experience is preferred, and training is available. Holidays are off.

Responsibilities

Sweep and mop floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces.
Remove trash and place it in designated containers; steam-clean or hose out garbage cans.
Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
Assist with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
Assist with loading, unloading, and delivering supplies and products.
Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
Comply with sanitation and safety requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
