In this role, you will help provide excellent meal service while supporting kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, food preparation, and daily dining operations. Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Keep the dish room, kitchen, and dining areas clean and organized
- Assist with meal preparation, tray assembly, and food service
- Help with dining room setup and cleanup
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing food and supplies
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures
- Provide friendly and respectful service to patients, residents, visitors, and team members
- Support the Food and Nutrition Services team wherever needed
