The State of Connecticut Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) is seeking an experienced Food Service Supervisor to help lead kitchen operations that support veterans in a clinical and residential environment. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in large-scale food production or tray line service, such as in a hospital, nursing facility, university, or banquet hall, who are ready for a leadership position. The position is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, on the first shift (11:00 AM - 7:00 PM), including weekends and holidays, and is eligible for weekend differential pay. The DVA has been caring for Veterans and their dependents for over 140 years, with a mission to 'serve those who have served.' The Rocky Hill campus includes residential facilities and the Sgt. John L. Levitow Healthcare Center, where the food service team provides meals to Veterans in supportive living and long-term care settings.
