About The Position
We’re looking for a Foodservice Specialist who’s passionate about customer service, committed to quality, and excited to make an impact in our store’s café and foodservice area. As a key member of our foodservice team, you’ll help create a clean, inviting, and customer-focused environment every day.

- Foodservice Specialist / Café Foodservice Specialist: No education requirement
- Lead Foodservice Specialist: High School Diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Greet every customer with a warm, friendly attitude, assist with purchases and provide helpful recommendations, share samples and promote specials to boost engagement and sales.
- Keep Our Food Looking—and Tasting—Its Best: Prepare, present, and maintain stock levels of all food items, ensure proper storage, dating, rotation, and quality standards, support new foodservice program rollouts and sampling initiatives.
- Maintain a Clean, Safe, Customer‑Ready Space: Clean counters, equipment, floors, and storage areas, monitor the kiosk and assist customers with ordering, address equipment issues and notify management when needed.
- Support Smooth Store Operations: Monitor customer lines and open registers as needed, complete required training and assist with onboarding new associates, help audit food inventory and support accurate stock levels, jump in on additional tasks as assigned by management.
