Key responsibilities include supervising residents, managing paperwork, providing transportation as needed, and maintaining professional conduct. The manager is expected to address behavioral issues, prepare daily meals from scratch according to approved menus, ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety, and manage institutional kitchen equipment. The role also involves ordering food supplies, processing monthly kitchen reports, and supervising kitchen staff. The incumbent must meet and maintain training and certification requirements for a Juvenile Supervision Officer and perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
