About The Position
Food Service Cafe Manager needed for school food service in the Hackettstown, NJ area. This is a Monday through Friday position, 6 hours daily, with no weekends or holidays and summers off. The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to obtain the proper documentation to work in schools.

Responsibilities
- Managing the cafe operation on a daily basis.
- Cooking - food prep, cooking a variety of foods, following recipes, portion control, production standards.
- Ordering - Placing orders, inventory, assist in marketing promotions.
- POS/Register - assist workers with cash collection, follow recording keeping procedures.
- Staffing - secure food service workers, and substitutes.
