About The Position
Sodexo is seeking a Food Service Manager 2 for Comanche County Memorial Hospital in Lawton, OK. In this role, the Food Service Manager will support daily food service operations, including patient services and retail dining. The successful candidate will help ensure operational excellence, maintain food safety and quality standards, and deliver an exceptional experience for patients, staff, and guests.
Requirements
- Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent
- Minimum Management Experience - 1 year
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day food service operations and team members
- Motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline staff and supervisors
- Interact with customers, hospital staff, and visitors to ensure customer satisfaction
- Deliver high quality food services including retail, catering and patient meal management operations
