About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Food Service Manager 2 at Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, AR. This role will serve as the Front of House Manager for the dining hall and will assist with catering as needed. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. Requirements

  • A work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
  • Minimum 1 year of management experience
  • High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience. This does not apply to external candidates
