Requirements

Food Service Operations Knowledge – Strong understanding of both FOH and BOH operations, including ordering, inventory management, food safety, and quality standards.
Leadership & Team Management – Ability to lead, motivate, and direct staff during busy meal periods and large events.
Customer Service Orientation – Professional, approachable, and committed to delivering a great guest experience.
Catering & Event Support – Comfortable assisting with catering logistics and execution.
Flexibility & Adaptability – Resource roles require stepping into different locations, covering for various managers, and handling unexpected challenges.
High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent
1 year of Management Experience
