Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in food service or hospitality
Hands-on cooking and food preparation experience (required)
Strong technical and computer fluency (scheduling systems, inventory, reporting, email)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead teams in a healthcare or regulated environment
Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent
Minimum Management Experience - 1 year

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and supervise 7 direct reports , including scheduling, training, and performance management
Maintain a hands-on presence in food production, cooking, and preparation as needed
Ensure compliance with Sodexo standards, client expectations, and all local, state, and federal regulations
Support patient, retail, and/or café operations with a focus on quality, safety, and service excellence
Utilize technology and computer systems for scheduling, ordering, inventory, and reporting
Foster strong communication across teams, leadership, and client stakeholders
Drive a positive team culture focused on accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
