Food Service Manager 1
About The Position
Sodexo is seeking a Food Service Manager 1 (hourly) for the University of Central Missouri, located in Warrensburg, MO. The Food Service Manager 1 will oversee Front of the House management, scheduling, and some inventory. Sodexo at University of Central Missouri is responsible for Resident Dining, Retail, Concessions and Catering. We have more than 300 employees on campus! Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. Requirements
- A work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively
- Culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
- Ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
- Working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) and The Market Connection (TMC)
- Proficient in computer skills and report management experience
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
