Oversee daily production in the Food & Nutrition operation in compliance with the local Health Department regulations. Working knowledge of food service operation, cooking, Sanitation, general office and computer skills. Some interaction with Purchasing and Store Room when necessary; basic knowledge of inventory is needed. General Leadership provided to all staff covering production and sanitation. Must maintain professional appearance along with the ability to interact with a variety of staff, vendors and leadership teams.
