This Food Service Assistant position is responsible for various duties including monitoring and recording food temperatures, setting up and maintaining a clean serving area, preparing and serving food, restocking, cleaning equipment, and processing payments using a computerized register. The role requires compliance with HACCP guidelines, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently. Equipment operation may include grills, beverage machines, toasters, ice cream dispensers, cash registers, steam equipment, dishwashers, telephones, refrigerators, and freezers. The position also requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
