About The Position

The Food Server position at Macau Kitchen is responsible for monitoring guest needs, ensuring prompt service, and contributing to a positive dining experience. This role involves performing various side tasks, assisting with event setup and breakdown, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. The server will also be responsible for taking and fulfilling food and drink orders, upholding sanitation standards, and representing Hard Rock Biloxi positively.

Responsibilities

Monitors guests’ needs on a continual basis, ensuring all requests are promptly filled.
Performs as a team with other servers to provide Rocking guest service.
Performs all necessary side work, including polishing and rolling silverware, restocking condiments, filling salt and pepper shakers, and cutting lemons.
Performs as a team with other rockers to produce a smoothly run function.
Performs bus person duties to clear tables when guests have completed their meals.
Assists with opening and closing the functions according to prescribed specifications.
Performs all necessary tasks to service guests, such as taking and filling all food and drink orders whenever necessary.
Maintains the venue in a clean and neat manner.
Maintains all proper sanitation practices.
Maintains knowledge of property information, including memorabilia.
Abides to Freeman Standards.
Knows hours of operation and current promotions.
Knows food products, food promotions, and food available on buffet stations.
Completes assigned side work duties; use of supplies, cleaning and organizing assigned areas.
Returns any lost and found articles to supervisor immediately.
