This role is responsible for monitoring guests' needs and ensuring prompt service, working collaboratively with team members to provide excellent guest service. The position involves performing various side tasks such as polishing silverware, restocking condiments, cutting lemons, and clearing tables. The Food Server will also assist with opening and closing functions, taking and fulfilling food and drink orders, maintaining venue cleanliness, and adhering to sanitation practices. Additionally, the role requires knowledge of property information, hours of operation, current promotions, and food products. The server must complete assigned side work, return lost and found items, and uphold the company's mission statement and values, representing the brand positively.
