The primary responsibility of the Food Server is to provide prompt, courteous service to hotel patrons and ensure the guests receive a pleasurable dining experience. This role involves acknowledging customers, informing them of specials, understanding the menu, taking and serving orders, monitoring tables, clearing plates and glasses, and preparing dining sections. The server must exemplify core values, family-style service, and the company's mission and vision, as well as its DEI culture. Other job-related duties may be assigned.
