The primary responsibility of the Food Server is to provide prompt, courteous service to hotel patrons and ensure the guests receive a pleasurable dining experience. This role operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment involving constant public interaction. The server must be able to carry serving trays weighing up to 15 lbs. and lift bus tubs weighing up to 40 lbs. Additionally, the server must be able to tolerate secondary tobacco smoke.
