This role is responsible for providing excellent guest service in a restaurant setting within a casino. Key duties include ensuring timely and accurate service of food and beverages, managing complimentary services according to policy, maintaining cleanliness of the food service area, accurately handling cash and comp transactions, monitoring local competition, and ensuring the safety and security of guests and employees. Employees may also be assigned to other Food & Beverage positions requiring similar licenses.
