About The Position

This role is responsible for providing excellent guest service in a restaurant setting within a casino. Key duties include ensuring timely and accurate service of food and beverages, managing complimentary services according to policy, maintaining cleanliness of the food service area, accurately handling cash and comp transactions, monitoring local competition, and ensuring the safety and security of guests and employees. Employees may also be assigned to other Food & Beverage positions requiring similar licenses.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Always maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude.
• Must be able to receive and maintain all required certifications.
• Must complete all required company training.

Responsibilities

• Provide good guest service to all customers.
• Ensure all food and beverage products are rotated and served in a quick and neat fashion.
• Authorize and issue complimentary services to patrons in accordance with the approved Complimentary Matrix.
• Clean the floor, counter, and machines in the food service area.
• Keep an accurate count of all money and comp received for customers.
• Monitor and adjust performance to local competition.
• Ensure the safety and security of guest and employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• May be assigned to work in other Food & Beverage positions that require the same type of license.
