About The Position

The Food Server Multi Outlet position is responsible for providing excellent guest service in a food and beverage setting. This role involves taking orders, recommending menu items, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests. The server will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their work area and assisting with table clearing. Additionally, the position requires knowledge of company promotions and adherence to responsible vendor practices.

Requirements

• Ability to work shifts as scheduled.
• Ability to use tea and coffee machines.
• Ability to read and write simple instructions.
• Knowledge of Alcohol Beverage Control laws, health regulations, and personal protective equipment.
• Public relations skills.
• Ability to obtain and hold a Louisiana Responsible Vendor's card.
• Ability to obtain and hold a Calcasieu Parish Bar card.
• Ability to obtain and hold a valid gaming license.
• Ability to obtain and hold any and all licenses, certifications, insurance coverage or any other indemnifications which may be required by the company for the successful completion of the duties associated with this position.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• One to three years’ experience in food service preferred.
• Completes all company-required training within designated time frames.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledging guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Handling payment for alcohol beverage service.
• Taking orders from patrons, recommending food choices, and presenting food.
• Assisting in clearing tables and transporting dirty dishes and linen using a bus cart.
• Cleaning workstation and wait stand at the end of the shift.
• Maintaining regular and punctual attendance for scheduled shifts.
• Developing and maintaining positive guest relations, including resolving minor guest disputes and ensuring guest and employee safety and security.
• Having knowledge of all special events and promotional activities available to guests.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
