Compile and analyze basic information which is to be placed in reports, summaries, presentations, charts, graphs, or tables as necessary to support the Quality Assurance department. The scope of this position is to provide support to FSQS personnel ensuring product quality and food safety program compliance by compiling data and completing appropriate reports. Ensure timely and appropriate communication with management teams by maintaining and sending out reports on supplied dates, ensure compliance to regulatory, food safety and customer expectations. Send supplier complaints when product is outside of specification requirements. The clerk must be in their work area, ready to work at the posted start time. Maintain records and filing and the foreign material log. Send out accurate daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and or monthly reports to management, suppliers and customers.
