About The Position

Reporting to the Senior Director Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory Affairs (FSQRA), you will lead the enterprise strategy for using data, analytics, and digital tools to strengthen food safety performance, elevate product quality, and support regulatory compliance across the manufacturing network. You will partner with technical and business teams to deploy and scale advanced analytics and artificial intelligence solutions while continuously evolving food safety information systems to deliver high‑quality, relevant insights that enable data‑driven decisions. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Work with senior leadership and key stakeholders to identify business questions and problems that can be addressed through data and analytics. Engage directly with senior leaders on process optimization initiatives using advanced analytics and artificial intelligence. Define and own business requirements, priorities, and success criteria for data and systems initiatives, partnering with Information Technology to deliver outcomes aligned to business needs. Serve as the business data owner for Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory Affairs systems and data, ensuring end‑to‑end process enablement. Advise system and data product owners on process efficiency, data‑driven decision making, and optimization opportunities to enhance platform value. Define and govern a formal business process for intake, evaluation, and prioritization of new ideas, enhancements, and digital process improvements. Develop a deep understanding of cross‑functional data sources across Research and Development, Supply Chain, Finance, Consumer Care, and other functions, connecting those assets to Food Safety and Quality insights. Own a portfolio of Supply Chain and enterprise data products and systems. Coach and develop managers and individual contributors as a leader of the Food Safety data and systems team. Set direction for data support training and communication activities. Partner with analytics and business teams to track and demonstrate measurable outcomes from generative artificial intelligence initiatives. Champion an evidence‑based, data‑driven decision‑making culture. Ingredients Required for Your Success Bachelor’s degree in data science, engineering, statistics, or a related technical field. Experience leading, coaching and developing a team of direct reports. Experience in analytics, data science, or Food Safety and Quality systems, with manufacturing operations exposure preferred. Demonstrated experience developing predictive models, quality analytics, and automated reporting solutions. Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies and tools. Experience collaborating effectively with technical partners such as Information Technology and data science teams. Strong communication, leadership, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills. Proven success influencing and partnering with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels. Forward‑looking mindset to assess emerging data and artificial intelligence capabilities and their business impact. Familiarity with Supply Chain systems, manufacturing technologies, or related operational areas. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.
