The role supports food safety, quality, customer requirements, and compliance activities across all Dieffenbach’s locations, with a primary day-to-day focus on the Chambersburg facility. The manager will play a key role in food safety programs, documentation integrity, customer support, regulatory and certification compliance, and audit readiness, all while helping ensure consistent customer expectations and strengthening the company's culture of accountability, ownership, and excellence.
