Under the direction of the Restaurant Manager, delivers and explains items table side, communicates efficiently, and cleans appropriate areas ensuring a memorable guest experience. Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida/Departmental Policies and Procedures. Knowledgeable of all facets to the operation as well as property. Knowledgeable of restaurant seating plan including sections, table number and seat numbers; knowledgeable of restaurant (ordering) systems; expediting systems. Is familiar with all menu; menu specification and specials. Responsible for compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within the area of responsibility. Assist other line employees with daily responsibilities. Serves all guests according to established standards of service. Delivers all items in a timely and courteous manner.
