About The Position

At Dave & Buster’s/Main Event Entertainment, Food Runners support Servers to help provide Guests with an excellent experience. The role includes refilling condiments, pre-bussing and turning tables, and keeping dining areas clean. Food Runners may also greet Guests, take drink orders, and deliver food and drinks promptly while anticipating Guest needs. They uphold safety and sanitation standards, provide exceptional service, and perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.
