About The Position
As a Food Runner serves as the crucial link between the kitchen and the dining room. Responsible for ensuring that dishes are accurately prepared, properly garnished, and delivered to guests in a timely and professional manner, this role is vital to maintaining food quality, order accuracy, and exceptional customer service. We’re looking for energetic team members to join our restaurant as Food Runners. You’ll be the link between the kitchen and dining room, making sure every dish looks perfect and arrives on time.
Requirements
- Strong communication & teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and time management
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays
- Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
Nice To Haves
- Restaurant/hospitality experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Keep ticket flow smooth and communicate with the kitchen & servers
- Check plates for accuracy, quality, and presentation
- Deliver food quickly, professionally, and with a smile
- Announce dishes clearly at the table
- Anticipate guest needs and support servers
- Maintain a clean, organized expo line
