About The Position
Food Runners help create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members through hospitality and enthusiasm for food, beverages, and people. The role focuses on connecting with Guests, helping ensure their needs are met, and supporting a welcoming dining environment. The company primarily hires food runners who can grow their careers quickly into server roles. The position offers a flexible part-time or full-time schedule.
Requirements
- Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.

Responsibilities
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
- Improve the Guest experience by interacting and connecting with Guests and ensuring their needs are met.
- Keep tables clear of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plates, and silverware.
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
- Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
