Food Runners create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing their passion for beverages, food, and people. The role is suited to someone enthusiastic about hospitality who uses their personality to connect with Guests and colleagues and make people feel special. Food runners are hired primarily with the opportunity to grow their career quickly into a server role. Chili's is a casual dining restaurant founded in Dallas, Texas, in 1975. Its legacy is rooted in service, hospitality, and giving back, with a commitment to delivering the best experience to every Guest, every day.
Requirements
- Great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to provide a customized experience for every Guest.

- Prior experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
- Improve the Guest experience by interacting and connecting with Guests and ensuring their needs are met.
- Keep tables free of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plateware, and silverware.
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
- Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
