About The Position

As a Food Runner, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests receive their meals promptly and with great service. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering food from the kitchen to the dining area, assisting servers in maintaining an efficient workflow, and ensuring that the dining areas are clean and well-stocked. You will work closely with the kitchen staff and servers to create a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in the food service industry is a plus.
Previous experience as a food runner, server, or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

Responsibilities

Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation meet restaurant standards.
Assist servers in the delivery of food and drinks, as well as clearing used dishes from tables.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate meal preparation and delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, service stations, and kitchen.
Check on guests' dining experience and respond to any requests or concerns they may have.
Ensure that all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed.
Set up and break down dining areas before and after service.
Assist with restocking inventory and supplies as needed.
Provide support during peak hours to ensure optimal service flow.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall dining experience.
