Requirements

• Ability to anticipate and understand guests' service needs.
• Be well organized, maintain concentration and think clearly when providing service to guests within any given period of time.
• Focus attention on details.
• Follow directions thoroughly.
• Exert strong physical effort in transporting supplies from storeroom to restaurant and transporting trays of equipment, food and beverages to/from dining room.
• Endure abundant physical movements throughout the work areas.
• Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
• Prior experience as a Food Runner for at least six months
• Satisfactory English communication skills
• Possessing a Food Handlers Certification

• Team player who is willing to lend a helping hand to any teammate at any time.

Responsibilities

• Assist Server and Bartender (when applicable) in providing quality food and beverage service to guests, according to restaurant specifications, courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas and equipment.
• Stock all wares and equipment need for service.
