As a Food Runner, you’ll be the unsung hero of our dining experience, ensuring every dish reaches its destination with precision, care, and a smile. Your role will be essential in creating memorable experiences for our members and guests while working alongside a dedicated team in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old, meeting Florida’s legal age requirement for serving alcohol.
Three to six months of customer service experience or equivalent training.
Commitment to obtaining ANSI Florida Food Handler and Florida Responsible Vendor Server Training certifications within 90 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent.
One year of experience in a full-service restaurant or hospitality-related industry.
Familiarity with fine dining or upscale restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently transport food and beverage orders from the kitchen to the dining room, ensuring dishes are presented promptly and properly.
Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service, interacting with members and guests to enhance their experience.
Maintain a clean and organized environment, contributing to the seamless flow of dining operations.
Work closely with team members under pressure to deliver exceptional service during bustling evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
