Requirements

• Ability to communicate in English fluently and in a professional manner
• Minimum of 1-year previous work experience as food runner in a casual/fine-dining restaurant
• Exhibit food & basic service knowledge including steps of service
• Ability to work efficiently and within a team environment
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or above

Responsibilities

• Setting up and carrying trays
• Organizing plates and expo station
• Delivering food from the kitchen to the guest
• Explaining food items to the guest
• Assisting Expeditor and Food Server
• Completing side work
• Maintaining health code standards
• Providing excellent customer service for our guests as defined by outlet standards
