Requirements

Previous experience as a food runner or in a similar fast-paced hospitality role preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork.
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Physical stamina with the ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Nice To Haves

Food Handler's certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Efficiently deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring presentation standards are met.
Engage with guests in a friendly and courteous manner, addressing any needs or questions they may have and reporting feedback to management.
Assist with the setup and cleanup of dining areas, including restocking supplies, clearing tables, and ensuring a clean and organized environment.
Inspect food items before delivery to ensure quality, presentation, and accuracy of orders.
Work closely with kitchen and waitstaff to coordinate the flow of orders, ensuring that each dish reaches the correct table promptly.
Provide support to servers and other dining staff by assisting with various tasks as needed, contributing to a smooth and efficient dining service.
Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in all food service areas.
