About The Position

The Food Runner supports the resort’s culinary team by delivering food orders promptly and efficiently, helping provide guests with an exceptional dining experience. The role works closely with kitchen and service staff in a fast-paced environment and may assist with food preparation, plating, restocking, and inventory. The Food Runner maintains clean and organized service areas and follows safety and sanitation protocols. The position offers opportunities to learn and grow within the culinary field.

Requirements

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist in the prompt and efficient delivery of food orders to guests' tables.
Collaborate closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless food service.
Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries and requests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in food service areas.
Help with food preparation and plating when necessary.
