About The Position
The Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort, part of the HEI Hotels & Resorts portfolio, is seeking a Food Runner for Orion's Roof. Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry trays and plates.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a food runner or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Support the kitchen and service staff as needed.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
