About The Position

To provide a warm, welcoming greeting to our Guest, and to ensure that the Guests’ dining experience is exceptional.  To ensure that Guests are seated in a timely manner, and to provide a sincere and heartfelt thank you to each Guest as they leave.

Requirements

• Out-going, friendly, warm and caring attitude that is always ready to greet Guests and team with a smile!
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Works well with a team

Nice To Haves

• Experience is a plus, but not required!  We will train you!

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and escort them as soon as possible to a clean table
• Bid farewell to Guests leaving, and invite them to return
• Expedite food, get beverages, and deliver these items to our Guests
• Have a good understanding of our menu
• Clean and reset tables
• Helping fellow Team Members when appropriate
• Able to work walking/standing for 100% (up to 8 hours) of shift
• Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary (30 lbs)
• Maintain cleanliness throughout dining room and restaurant to company standards
