About The Position
Our Foodrunners are responsible for garnishing food and the prompt delivery of food to Guests in the restaurant once the food order is completed and ready for service in the kitchen. Our purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends. We call it The Maggiano's Way, and it means odds are you get us and we want to meet you… now! Maggiano’s is our own little slice of Italian American tradition come to life! We’ve hosted our fair share of weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, birthdays and baby showers. There’s nothing better than helping create lasting memories in our restaurants and in our community. It’s one of the reasons we support the Make-A-Wish Foundation, making wishes come true for kids with life threatening medical conditions. On the local level, we support the North Texas Food Bank, and because we also have a heart for our own, making small contributions to the Brinker Family Fund adds up in a big way and helps out our own in times of need. Our Front of the House team welcomes our Guests into a slice of Italian Americana just like Grandma Nonna would have done. The number one goal of this team is to make our Guests feel special, and they are remarkable at what they do. Marinara sauce on your sleeve is just an added perk.
