About The Position
As a Food Runner at Chili's, you help create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing your enthusiasm for food, beverages, and hospitality. The role is suited to someone who enjoys connecting with people and making them feel welcome. Food Runners are primarily hired with opportunities to grow quickly into server roles. Chili's is a casual dining restaurant founded in Dallas, Texas, in 1975. Its service-oriented culture centers on hospitality and giving back, with a commitment to providing every Guest with a great experience.
Requirements
- Have a great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.

Responsibilities
- Provide hospitable, customized service to each Guest.
- Improve the Guest experience by interacting and connecting with Guests and ensuring their needs are met.
- Pre-bus tables by clearing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plates, and silverware.
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
- Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
- Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
