This is a three-function role that touches every part of the restaurant operation. As a Food Runner, you are the critical link between the kitchen and the guest, making sure every plate reaches the right seat at the right time in the right condition. As an Expo, you are the quality checkpoint at the pass, ensuring every dish that leaves the kitchen meets our standard before it ever reaches the table. As a Busser, you keep the dining room turning efficiently, clearing and resetting tables so the guest experience stays seamless from one party to the next. You will work closely with servers, bartenders, and the culinary team throughout every shift. Your communication, your speed, and your attention to detail directly impact the quality of every guest’s experience in our restaurant. This is a role where the right person makes everyone around them better, and where strong performance gets noticed. This is also an excellent entry point into the hospitality and food and beverage industry. The skills and operational awareness you develop in this role create a strong foundation for growth into server, bar, or culinary positions within our organization.
