The Expo is one of the most operationally important positions in the restaurant. You work at the pass between the kitchen and the dining room, confirming that every plate is complete, accurate, and presentation-ready before it leaves the kitchen. You coordinate the timing of table deliveries so that full tables are served simultaneously, communicate clearly with both cooks and servers, and maintain the pace and flow of service throughout the night. This role demands attention to detail, calm under pressure, and strong communication.
