About The Position
Levy is seeking a Food Runner/Attendant for Belmont Park, a major thoroughbred horse racing facility. This role involves delivering food to guests in a timely, professional, and efficient manner, while maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of chef's tables and buffet stations to ensure guest satisfaction. Levy is a leading presence in the Food, Beverage, and Retail industry, operating in over 200 entertainment, sports, and restaurant venues nationwide. Requirements
- Printed résumé preferred
- Ability to dress practically and for success. Casual attire only—no ripped jeans, flip-flops, tank tops, hats, shorts, or clothing with offensive language or graphics
- Must not appear to be under the influence or impaired.
Responsibilities
- Delivers food to guests
- Sets up, stocks, replenishes, and maintains the chef's table and buffet throughout service.
- Monitors food quality, freshness, presentation, and cleanliness of the chef's table and buffet.
- Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
- Interacts with guests to assure guest satisfaction.
- Interacts with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards.
- Completes side work as assigned.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
