About The Position
Barbacks work directly with bartenders to keep the bar stocked, organized, and ready for service in a fast-paced environment. You’ll restock glassware, ice, garnishes and supplies, assist with basic prep work, help maintain cleanliness behind the bar, and support bartenders during busy shifts so drinks are made efficiently and to standard. This role also includes monitoring inventory levels, receiving and storing deliveries, keeping bar stations tidy, and following safety and sanitation practices. This position is a great stepping stone to a bartender role.
