About The Position

The Concessions Cook is responsible for preparing food and serving customers at the grill station in accordance with current applicable federal, state and corporate standards, guidelines and regulations to ensure high-quality food service is provided. This role requires fundamental kitchen skills, adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines, and a positive attitude towards teammates and guests.

Requirements

• Fundamental skills of the kitchen, including seasoning, knife skills and organization.
• Ability to understand and follow production guidelines and location appearance guidelines.
• Sense of urgency and ability to provide friendly, efficient service.
• Ability to practice proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment.
• Adherence to Levy guidelines.
• Ability to complete all set-up and breakdown responsibilities.
• Ability to employ good safety and sanitation practices.
• Positive attitude toward teammates, managers and other groups.
• Punctuality and readiness to perform all required duties.
• Willingness to help fellow team members.
