About The Position

This is a full-time position for an experienced individual in food production and preparation. The role involves ensuring the cold case is stocked throughout the shift, providing excellent customer service, setting up food service areas, preparing hot and cold food items, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The position also includes tasks such as taking orders, serving food, checking temperatures, managing inventory, and assisting with deliveries.

Ability to follow all food safety/sanitation guidelines.
Ability to follow verbal and written directions.
Ability to lift objects properly up to 50lbs.
Ability to work in multiple different temperatures during the day.

Responsibilities

Prep and fill the cold case throughout the entire shift.
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
Set up food service, kitchen, prep stations, and equipment for the business day.
Prepare or assist in the preparation of hot and cold food items.
Ensure proper utensils, napkins, and condiments are available to customers.
Check food temperatures before serving, following all food safety guidelines.
Check cold case temperatures frequently.
Visually inspect all products for quality or out-of-date labels and remove from selling floor as needed.
Take orders and serve food items to customers following specific requests.
Clean, wash, and maintain work areas, including floors, facilities, pots, pans, service ware, utensils, and equipment.
Collect and place garbage/compost in designated containers.
May provide guidance and training to other employees.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety issues to management immediately.
Assist in receiving deliveries and putting loads away in an orderly manner.
Other duties as assigned by management.
