About The Position

SodexoMagic is seeking a Food Operations Manager 3 for Tuskegee University located in Tuskegee, AL. The perfect candidate for this will have a passion for customer service, and strong experience with Campus Services. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. Requirements

  • A work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively
  • 3-5 years management experience in a multi-unit high volume dining environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of Food Management Systems and proficiency in computer skills/report management
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years minimum management experience
  • 3 years minimum functional experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
