About The Position

Oggie’s Sports Bar & Grille, located inside The Lodge at Deadwood, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Food Expo to help ensure guests receive accurate, timely, and well-presented meals. The Food Expo (Expeditor) serves as the communication link between the kitchen and front-of-house team, organizing tickets, coordinating food orders, and checking that dishes are complete and meet quality standards before delivery to guests.

The restaurant is open from 7 a.m. until midnight, and shifts vary within that timeframe. The role may be part-time or full-time. Previous restaurant or expo experience is preferred. Applicants should be strong communicators and multitaskers, organized in a fast-paced environment, attentive to detail and presentation, and positive team players. Availability for all shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage food tickets during service.
